Barryo fiesta

We are over at Sco 387 in Sector 8 of Panchkula, right near the border with Chandigarh. Barryo fiesta is just a local spot where we serve food to the people in the neighborhood. The SCO buildings are all pretty much the same around here, so you have to look for our sign. It’s a decent-sized space, enough for several tables. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in Chandigarh or anything like that. We just want to serve meals that people like. The kitchen is where we spend most of our time. It gets hot and loud back there, especially when the lunch crowd comes in. We’ve got a small team, and we’ve all been working together for a bit now. Sometimes we run out of something on the menu or a delivery is late, but that’s just how it goes in the restaurant business. We don't have a big marketing budget or fancy uniforms. It’s just us in our regular clothes, doing the work. People from the nearby offices and houses come in quite a bit. It’s nice to see the same people every week. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out. It’s a job we know well, and we’re happy to be settled here in Sector 8. We try to keep the floors clean and the food coming out hot as much as possible.
