Bazm Restaurant

Bazm Restaurant is tucked inside Hotel Shivalikview, right in the middle of Sector-17. If you know Chandigarh, you know how busy this area gets with people shopping and walking around the plaza. We have been part of the hotel scene here for quite some time now. The dining room has a specific look that fits the older style of the building, and we don't try to change that too much. It’s mostly about serving the guests who are staying upstairs or locals who have been coming to Sector-17 for years. We handle a lot of family dinners and people stopping in after a long day of work in the nearby offices. Our staff has been around for a while, so we know how the rhythms of the city go. Sometimes it gets really quiet in the afternoons, and then suddenly the place fills up in the evening. We don't have a flashy entrance on the street; you have to come into the hotel grounds to find us. The kitchen is always busy with something, whether it’s a big event or just a few tables. We keep things grounded and don't worry about the latest trends. It’s just a steady place to eat in a very well-known part of town. We see a lot of different faces every day, from travelers to old friends from the neighborhood.
