If you are looking for us, we are right behind the Citco Petrol Pump in Sector 9c. Chandigarh is a very organized city, but our little corner gets quite busy. We have the two booths, 106 and 107, and we use every bit of that space. It’s a very straightforward operation. We don’t have a fancy office or a marketing department. It’s just us and the food. The petrol pump is a helpful landmark since everyone knows it. We start early in the morning because prepping the stuff takes time. It’s hard work and we are on our feet all day. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just make kulchas and hope people like them. The area has a lot of people passing through Madhya Marg. Sometimes it’s a bit crowded around the booths, especially during lunch hours. We like being in Sector 9c because it’s a good spot in the city. We aren’t a big chain or anything, just a local business trying to do its part. We appreciate the regulars who come by even when the weather isn't great. It’s a busy life but it's what we know. We spend most of our time at the shop just keeping things going for everyone.
