If you are coming from the 27 and 28 red lights, we are quite close by. We have two shops joined together to give us a bit more room. It is a local spot in the market where people come to eat. It isn't a fancy place with waiters in suits. It’s just a dhaba. We do the cooking and we serve the people who sit down. The market is usually busy, so there is always noise and movement around us. We have been in Sector 28d for a good bit of time. Most of the other shopkeepers around here know us. We just focus on getting the food out. It’s a straightforward job. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to make sure the food is ready when people are hungry. The address is easy to find if you know the Main Market. We are just a part of the daily life here in Chandigarh. Just a couple of shops and a kitchen, that’s who we are. It gets busy during the lunch rush and we just keep going until everything is finished for the day. That is how we have always done it. There's not much else to say, we just keep the stove hot.
