Barrels and Grills

We are up here on the third level of Elante Mall in Phase-1. Barrels and Grills is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s a busy spot because this mall is always full of people shopping or seeing movies at the cinema. We put this place together because we wanted a spot in Chandigarh where you could just sit down and eat something grilled without too much fuss. The kitchen can get pretty hot with the grills going all day long, especially in the summer. We have some heavy wooden tables and a lot of barrels around for the look of it. It isn't perfect, sometimes a chair wobbles or the music might be a little loud for some folks, but that's just the vibe we have. We are right in the industrial area so we get a lot of office workers coming in for lunch. Our staff tries their best to keep up when the big dinner rush starts around seven or eight in the evening. It gets quite hectic then. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do. We just cook meat and vegetables over the fire and serve them up. If you are wandering around the mall looking for a place to rest your tired feet, you can find us at 310-A. We've been here for a bit now and have seen the mall change quite a bit since it opened. It’s just us doing our thing every day.
