New Laptop Parts is tucked away in Sector-20C, specifically in Cabin No. 102 on the first floor of SCO No. 51. It’s a small space, but we make the most of it. If you walk in, you’ll see shelves lined with all sorts of things like laptop screens, keyboards, batteries, and tiny screws that are easy to lose. We spend a lot of our time opening up boxes and checking that every part is in good shape before it goes out. The cabin can feel a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock arriving, but it’s a good spot for focusing on the details. Sector-20C is a busy area, so there is always something going on outside. We get a lot of technicians and people who like to fix their own computers coming through. We don't have a big sales team; it’s usually just one or two of us handling everything from the phones to the packaging. It’s a hands-on kind of business. We might have some grease on our hands or a cluttered desk, but that’s just how it is when you’re dealing with hardware all day. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the other shop owners in the building. It’s a decent place to work, and we like being the go-to spot for those hard-to-find components that keep people’s laptops running for another few years. We usually keep some tea ready for when the work gets a bit too much, and the fan in the corner hums all day to keep us cool.
