We are located over at 487 Mohit Kunj, right in the Sihani Gollcha Mohalla area. Being near the Rampuria Hawalies is quite nice because of all the history in the old buildings around here. Sunil Gems & Jewellers has been around this part of town for a very long stretch. The shop itself isn't huge, but it is definitely packed with things. We spend most of our time sitting behind the counters, showing different pieces to whoever happens to walk in. It gets a bit dusty inside sometimes, especially when there is construction happening on the road nearby, but that is just how life is here. We aren't trying to be the most modern or trendy place in the city. We still like the old way of doing things, where you actually sit and talk to people instead of just looking at a phone screen. Sometimes we have tea with the neighbors while we are waiting for a delivery to arrive. It is a tight-knit community in this mohalla. Everyone knows us and we know them. We deal with all kinds of jewelry, and there is always something that needs to be polished or fixed up. The work takes a lot of patience, and we have plenty of that to go around. It isn't a fast-paced corporate environment. Things move at their own natural speed. We just want to make sure the work is finished properly. (247 words)
