Shobha Flower Decorators

We are over here at Chikkana Garden on Pampa Maha Kavi Road in Shankarapuram. Most days you will find us busy with all sorts of flower arrangements and things for events. Shobha Flower Decorators has been around this part of the city for a while now. We handle the daily work of getting flowers ready and making sure they look okay for whatever the customer needs. The shop is easy to find if you know the Shankarapuram area well enough. We don't really do anything fancy in terms of offices, it’s mostly just us working with what we have on the tables. Sometimes the mornings are very crowded when the fresh stock comes in from the trucks. We try to keep things simple and just get the job done without much fuss. It’s a lot of manual work, cutting stems and tying things together with string or tape. People come by and ask for specific colors or styles and we do what we can with the flowers available that day. We spend most of our time standing on our feet and moving heavy buckets around the wet floor. If you are walking down Pampa Maha Kavi Road, you can usually smell the flowers before you even see the shop. It is a busy street but we like being here in this neighborhood. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how to handle the decorations. It gets tiring during the wedding seasons but that is just how the business goes for us.
