Happy Hearts Florist

Happy Hearts Florist is located at 25 131 in Devatha Plaza, right at the Center Point on Residency Road. This building is a busy hub, and being at the Center Point means we are right in the thick of things. Residency Road is one of those places that never really stays quiet, so there’s always a hum of activity outside. Our shop is one of many in the plaza, but we have our own little rhythm going. We start our day by dragging the heavy buckets into place and setting up the stands. There isn’t much room for sitting down, as every corner is taken up by stems and foliage. We do all the cutting and prep work right there behind the counter. The air inside the plaza can get a bit stale, so we try to keep the flowers as fresh as possible with plenty of cold water. Our work is mostly about the small details, like making sure a stem is cut at the right angle or that the petals aren't bruised. We see a lot of office workers and shoppers passing through the Center Point every day. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t have much in the way of decorations ourselves; the colors of the stock do all that for us. It’s just a regular workplace where we keep our heads down and get the job done without making a big fuss.
