Flower Xpress

Flower Xpress is located on Subhanpura Road, specifically at number 204 near the Karnataka Film Chambers in the Vadodara Cantonment area. It is an interesting spot because the area has a mix of different vibes. The road out front is usually packed with people heading toward the city center. Our shop is easy to find because we usually have a few buckets sitting out on the pavement to catch the morning light. We start our day by checking the stock that came in overnight. Vadodara can get really hot, so we have to be very careful about how we store the more delicate flowers like carnations or orchids. We have a small cooler in the back for that, but most of the hardier plants stay out in the main room. The walls are a bit scuffed from moving crates around, and the ceiling fan hums constantly to keep the air moving. We get a lot of commuters who pull over quickly to grab something on their way home. It is a fast-paced environment compared to some of the quieter residential shops. We do all the wrapping ourselves using simple paper and twine. There is always a pile of green waste in the corner that needs to be cleared out at the end of every shift. We are just a group of people working hard to keep the shop running smoothly amidst the noise of the Cantonment area.
