Rosary Farm Florists

Our little flower shop is tucked away in the St Patricks Complex on Residency Road. It’s right near the Imperial Hospital, so we see a lot of people coming and going all day long. Some are happy, some are worried, and we try to just provide what they need without a lot of fuss. The shop always smells like lilies and roses, which is a nice change from the car exhaust out on the main road. We get our shipments in very early in the morning when it’s still dark outside. My family has been doing this for a while now. We don't have a website or any of those modern things. We just keep the buckets full of fresh water and trim the stems as they come in. Sometimes the shop gets a bit cramped when we have a big delivery, and you have to watch where you step so you don't trip over a vase. It’s a lot of wet floors and discarded leaves. We aren't trying to be some high-end boutique. We just sell flowers to the locals and the people visiting the hospital. Sometimes we make up a bouquet on the spot while the customer waits. It’s simple work, but it keeps us connected to the neighborhood. If you’re walking past the complex, you’ll usually see us out front moving buckets around or talking to the delivery drivers. It's a busy corner of Residency Road.
