Prashanth Flower Decorators

We operate Prashanth Flower Decorators from a shop at 33/10 in Vishveshwaraiah Puram. We’re right near the Bangalore Dairy milk booth in the Badheri Market area of Sector 41 D. It’s a busy little corner of the world. There’s always the sound of milk crates clinking nearby. Our shop is where we store all our frames, fabrics, and of course, the flowers we use for decorating. It’s more of a staging area than a retail store. We have piles of marigolds and roses arriving early in the morning, and we spend hours sorting through them. The floor is concrete and often stained from the flower sap. We don’t have any fancy signs or shiny furniture. It’s mostly just us, some ladders, and a lot of thread and needles for stringing garlands. The market atmosphere keeps us on our toes. Sometimes it gets really crowded around the dairy booth, and we have to navigate through the people to get our supplies inside. We’ve been doing this for a long time, so we know the rhythm of the market. It’s a hard-working environment, and we don't have much time for sitting around. We’re usually out on a job site or busy prepping here in the shop. It’s a practical business, and we take things one day at a time. The heat can be tough on the flowers, so we work fast to get everything ready before the sun gets too high.
