Om Sri Sai Florist

We’re located near Wipro Park in Koramangala, right on the 1st Main Road near 30th Cross. Being close to the park is nice, but the traffic around here is something else. Most of the time, I’m just watching the cars go by while I’m tying up bouquets. The shop is at number 523. It’s a simple setup. I don't have those fancy refrigerators you see in big malls. I just use buckets of water and hope for the best with the Bangalore weather. Every morning, I go to the market to see what’s fresh. Some days the carnations are amazing, and other days they are just okay. I try to pick the best of what's there for my customers. My hands are usually wet or covered in dirt from the roots. People from the nearby offices come in quite a lot. They usually want something quick they can carry. I use a lot of cellophane and simple ribbons. I don’t do anything too complicated because I’m usually working by myself here. The floor is almost always a bit damp because I’m always splashing water around when I refill the buckets. It gets a bit lonely sometimes, but the people who walk their dogs in Wipro Park often stop by to say hello. I’ve lived in this area for a long time, so I know most of the faces. It’s just a regular neighborhood shop, doing things the old-fashioned way.
