New Karnataka Flower Stall

You can find us at 320 B Jai Bharat Rangshala Compound on Krishnarajendra Road. This part of town is always buzzing, especially being on KR Road where the traffic never seems to stop. Our stall is located inside the compound, so it’s a bit shielded from the direct sun but still very much in the middle of everything. We handle a lot of different flowers, and the smell inside the stall is quite strong, a mix of all kinds of things. We aren’t a big company with fancy uniforms or anything corporate. We’re just a few people who know how to handle plants and keep them alive as long as possible. The floors are concrete and usually have puddles from when we wash down the buckets every afternoon. It’s a simple life, really. We open up the shutters early, take in the new crates, and start the process of sorting and trimming. Sometimes we run out of space and have to stack things out front for a while. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we get a big order in, but we make it work. We don’t have any big secrets to what we do, just hard work and a lot of water. KR Road is a great place to be if you like seeing the city in motion. We’ve been here at this compound for a while and we plan on staying. There's usually a lot of sweeping to do before we finally lock up the shutters.
