We’ve been at 13 Shivaji Nagar for quite some time now. It’s just us here at Ismail Flowerist, handling the daily orders and keeping things moving. People usually find us when they need something for a wedding or just a small bunch for the house. The shop isn't fancy at all. We spend most of our mornings unpacking crates and trimming stems so the flowers stay fresh in this heat. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with leaves all over the floor, but that's just how it goes when you're working with plants all day. If you walk past Shivaji Nagar, you'll see us. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood who know exactly where we are located. It’s a simple setup. We focus on getting the flowers ready and making sure they look okay before they leave the shop. There is always a lot to do, especially during festival seasons when everyone wants something at the same time. We try to keep up, but sometimes we're just running around trying to get everything sorted. It’s local, it’s noisy sometimes, and it’s what we do. Not much else to say really, we just stay busy here at number 13. We keep the buckets filled with water and wait for the morning deliveries to arrive. It's a lot of manual work, honestly, and we just keep at it every single day.
