E 365 Event Solutions

We are based out of the shopping center at 319 Y d Petrol Pump, right on National Highway 8 in Electronic City. It is an interesting spot because we are surrounded by all the tech parks and the heavy traffic of the highway. Our office and storage space is more of a warehouse feel than a boutique. We have a lot of gear like frames, fabrics, and lighting equipment stacked up on the metal shelves. Most of our time is spent planning the logistics of moving this stuff from Electronic City to different venues. It is a lot of heavy lifting and checking lists to make sure we haven't forgotten anything. The area around the petrol pump is always busy with cars and trucks, so there is a constant background noise of engines. We don't have a polished reception area because we are usually too busy loading or unloading vans. Our desks are covered in sketches and notes on scrap paper. It’s a very practical, hands-on environment where everyone rolls up their sleeves. We deal with the heat and the dust that comes from being so close to the main road. It isn't a glamorous job, but we enjoy the process of building things and seeing a project come together from the ground up. We just take things one day at a time, making sure the equipment is maintained and the plans are solid.
