Crown Of Roses Florist

Our shop is over on Church Road in J C Nagar, right near Munireddy Palya. It’s an old part of the city and it definitely feels like it. We have been at 36/7 for some time now. Being near the church means there is always a bit of a crowd on certain days, which keeps us on our toes and very busy. We mostly focus on roses, as the name says, but we have other things too like lilies and carnations. Handling roses is a bit of a pain because of the thorns, and our hands usually have a few small scratches by the end of the week. We don't wear gloves much because you just can't feel the stems properly when you are tying them up. The shop isn't anything special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just buckets of water and piles of green leaves that we haven't swept up yet. J C Nagar is a busy place with a lot of traffic passing through all the time. We like the energy of the area, even when the noise of the bikes gets a bit much in the afternoons. We just do our thing, day in and day out. We don’t have a mission statement or anything fancy like that. We just want to make sure the flowers we have are decent and last a few days. If the lilies are starting to droop, we just take them out and throw them away. It’s just about being practical and showing up every morning to open the doors and start all over again.
