Balaji Florist Shop

We are located at 549/E, right next to the HDFC Bank on Double Road, 2nd Stage in Indira Nagar. It is a really busy part of the city to work in. There are constantly cars and scooters zooming past the front door. Being right next to the bank is actually quite handy because people often stop by us after they finish doing their errands there. We have been running this flower shop for a long time now. It isn’t a fancy place at all. We put our buckets out on the sidewalk most mornings so people walking by can see what came in fresh. We end up doing a lot of garlands and loose flowers that people use for their daily prayers. Because of that, the floor is usually covered in discarded stems and bits of leaves. We try to sweep it up when we can, but it just gets messy again a few minutes later. That is just how the flower business works. We don't have a big team of employees, it’s just family members and one helper. We have to start very early, usually around 6 am, to get everything sorted for the morning rush. The little coffee shop nearby helps us stay awake. We don't really bother with any online stuff or social media. People just know we are here on the corner. If you need something very specific, you usually have to let us know a day before.
