Shodha Agrodeals Llp is over at Avalahalli, just off the Doddaballapura Road. We are in unit 301C at the Zed Collective. It is a bit of a drive from the main part of Bangalore, but it is quieter out this way. We deal with agricultural supplies and things like that. The area has changed a lot lately with more buildings going up. We started this because we saw a gap in how deals were being handled for farmers in the outskirts. It’s a small team here. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or checking lists. The office is decent, nothing too over the top. We like being in the Zed Collective because it feels like a good community of different businesses. Sometimes the traffic on Doddaballapura Road can be a real headache, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do a solid job and keep things moving. Most of us have some connection to the land or used to live in smaller towns before moving closer to the city. It’s a mix of old ways and new ways of doing business. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated plans. We just see what the demand is and try to fill it. It’s a practical way to spend the day for us.
