Maamara Fresh Growing Food India Private Limited

Our location is at No 137/3 in Machohalli, right by Kadabagere Cross on Magadi Main Road in Nelamangala. It is a bit further out from the main city, which actually works better for us at Maamara Fresh Growing Food India Private Limited. We have a bit more breathing room here. The air is a little different than in the center of Bangalore. Our building is a simple structure. We have some storage space and a small area where we do our admin work. It gets quite dusty because of the road, and we are constantly wiping down the desks. Most of us come from the surrounding areas, so we don't have those long city commutes. We start our day when the sun comes up. There is a lot of movement—loading crates, checking the quality of the produce, and talking to the drivers. We don't have a corporate dress code. Most of us wear clothes that we don't mind getting a bit of dirt on. The lunch break is usually spent sitting outside if the weather is nice. We talk about the crops and the rain, mostly. It is a very hands-on kind of business. We don't use big words or have complicated meetings. We just see what needs to be done and we do it. The gate is usually open because someone is always coming or going. It's just a regular, hard-working place with regular people doing their best.
