Kumudhvathi Farmers Producer Company Limited

Our place, Kumudhvathi Farmers Producer Company Limited, is located at No 23, Mathur Krupa, in T.Begur Village. We are right on Santhe Beedi Road in Nelamangala Taluk, which is a pretty busy street when the market is on. The name of the building is Mathur Krupa, and it’s basically where all the local farming business happens for our group. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls; it’s just a regular house that we use for our meetings and keeping some storage. You can usually find someone there drinking tea or checking the ledger. We spend a lot of time talking about the Santhe market and what the prices are like this week. The road outside can get quite noisy with people and carts, especially on market days when everyone comes to town. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Word of mouth is how we operate around here. If a farmer needs help or wants to join the group, they just walk through the door. It’s a bit disorganized at times, with bags of seeds in the corner and papers piled up on the desk, but we get through it. We focus on the everyday things that matter to us, like the quality of the soil and getting the crops to market on time. It’s just a group of us trying together.
