Diggi Sangameshwara Farmers Producer Company Limited is located right in the middle of things in Mudubool Taluk, Shahapur district. We are at No. 5/2, which is right beside the Maremma Temple and very close to the bus stand. Because we are near the bus stand, it’s a very busy spot with people coming and going all day long. You can usually hear the temple bells or the buses pulling in while we are working. We set up here because it’s easy for farmers to reach us when they come into town. We handle a lot of the local agricultural business, trying to get everyone’s produce moved to the right markets. The office isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a room with some tables and a lot of paperwork piled up. We aren't interested in looking like a big corporation. We just want to be a practical place where people can come for help with their farming business. Sometimes it gets quite crowded in here, especially on market days. We drink a lot of tea and talk to everyone who stops by. Being near the temple gives the place a good feeling. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. There is always someone coming in with a question about their crops or a delivery, and we try to help them out without making things too complicated for them or for us.
