Our office is on the first floor near Munnurwadi School, right on Gunj Road. It’s one of those buildings where the address is a bit confusing because there’s an old number, 12-1-66, and a new one, 12-1-87. Most people just look for the school and then they find us. The Gunj area is always loud and full of energy because of the market nearby. You can hear the trucks shifting gears and people shouting all day long. It’s a dusty place, especially in the summer, but it’s the heart of the grain trade here. Our office isn't anything special. The stairs are a bit steep and the paint is peeling in some corners. We have some old wooden desks and a few fans that hum all day to keep the heat away. We spend our time talking to traders and farmers who come in from the surrounding villages. There’s always a glass of water or a cup of tea ready for whoever walks through the door. We don’t have a website that we update or a fancy logo on the wall. It’s just a place where business happens through talk and trust. Sometimes the noise from the school kids playing outside makes it hard to hear on the phone, but we don't mind. It feels like we are right in the middle of everything. It’s a simple, hardworking atmosphere where we just focus on the day's tasks.
