Our location is at the Jsw Steel Vv Nager Company Quarters, specifically at 03/19 in Tornagallu. It’s a unique spot because it’s right where the workers live and breathe the industry. Being part of Jsw Steel Ltd here means you are never really far from the plant. The quarters are pretty basic, made for utility more than anything else. You see the same faces every day, which makes it feel like a small village even though it’s part of a huge operation. We spend our days at this address handling various tasks that keep the place running. There’s a lot of grey concrete and the sound of distant machines is always there in the background. It’s not a place with a lot of frills. We don’t have a big lobby or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, you just walk in and find whoever you’re looking for. The sun in this part of the country is relentless, so we mostly stay indoors during the peak hours. We talk about the weather, the local news, and the steel production over lunch. It’s an unpolished life, but it’s real. We don’t bother with fancy missions or trying to sound like a big corporate entity. We are just a group of people living and working at 03/19. It’s practical, it’s a bit worn down in places, and it’s where we get the job done every single day without any fuss.
