Bmm Ispat Ltd.

Our office is tucked away in the 18th Ward of Bellary, specifically at D. No. 176 in Mahanandi Kottam. It’s a residential-feeling area but we’ve been running Bmm Ispat Ltd from here for some time now. B. Shankrappa, who has his engineering degree, is the one in charge of the space. It’s a solid building, nothing too modern, but it stays relatively cool even when the Bellary sun is beating down outside. The streets around here can be a bit narrow, so parking is always a bit of a gamble if you come at the wrong time of day. We don’t really do much in the way of decoration; the walls are mostly just covered with calendars and some old charts. It’s a working environment, plain and simple. We have our desks set up, the computers are usually humming, and there’s always a bit of paperwork piled up somewhere. People in the neighborhood know us as the quiet spot on the block. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist sitting at the front. Usually, you just walk in and find whoever is available to talk. It’s a practical way to run things, and it suits us just fine. Karnataka weather can be tough, but we have our fans going and we just get on with the day’s work. There isn’t much to say other than we are here every day, doing what needs to be done.
