Up here in Bellary, we operate out of a guest house in Dutta Sai Nagar. It’s situated on the 3rd Cross in the 17th Ward, right off the Anantpur Road. It’s not your typical corporate office setup, which honestly suits the way we work just fine. The house is a bit older, but it’s sturdy and gives us plenty of room to manage things without feeling cramped. We spend a lot of time coordinating between the different sites from here, usually shouting over the noise of the traffic. The road outside can get very dusty when the big trucks go by, but that’s just how it is in this part of Karnataka. We have a few rooms set up for work and some extra space for visitors who are passing through for the project. It feels a bit more like a home than a strict office most days. We usually have the ceiling fans going full blast because it gets quite warm in the afternoons. There is no big sign out front, just a quiet place where we get our lists checked and our phone calls made. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anyone to greet you. If someone shows up, they usually just knock and find one of us in the back room with the ledgers. It’s a straightforward way to work, keeping things simple and local while we handle the business in this area until the evening.
