This office is located at Qr. No. E7/3 in V.V Nagar, right in Toranagallu. If you know the Bellary area, you know this is steel country. We are situated in a residential quarter that’s been converted to handle our daily business needs. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters. It’s a place with some desks, a few old cupboards, and a lot of history. Being this close to the plant means we can hear the noise of the industry all day and night. It’s a constant reminder of what we are here for. The people who work here are mostly locals or folks who have moved to the township for the long haul. We don’t use any polished language or have big meetings about missions. We just check the numbers, talk to the foremen, and make sure the steel production and logistics are lining up. The dust from the iron ore is everywhere, so everything has a bit of a reddish tint if you don’t clean it daily. We sit together for lunch and talk about simple things, then get back to the files. It’s a hard-working atmosphere without any of the fluff. We are just here to do our part in the bigger picture of the steel works. It’s honest, dusty, and very busy, but it is what we know.
