Our place is over in Gandhinagar, which is the 18th Ward of Bellary. The house number is 29, and we are right on the 1st Cross of Sanganakal Road. This is a very busy part of town. There is always a lot of noise from the bikes and the local traffic on Sanganakal Road. The building is a standard house that we’ve used for our operations. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. Bellary is famous for being hot, and this office is no exception. We have the fans going full blast for most of the year. We’ve been here for a long time, and the building has some character to it, meaning it’s got its quirks. The light switches are in odd places and the front door sticks a bit when it rains. We don’t have a corporate reception or anyone to greet you at the door. You just walk in and you're in the middle of it. Most of the work we do is coordination and managing the local logistics. It’s a practical setup for a small team. We get our lunch from the local places nearby and everyone knows the people on the block. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense kind of environment where we just focus on getting the day's work finished.
