Kareems Spun Silk Ltd.

We are Kareems Spun Silk Ltd. and you can find us at 13/tf/11/12 City Point on 13 Infantry Road. Our office is up on the third floor of the City Point building. It’s a busy place with a lot of people coming and going for different businesses. We have been in this spot for quite a while. The room we work in is filled with the smell of silk and old paper. We don't have any fancy furniture or modern decorations. It’s mostly just functional stuff like sturdy tables and some old chairs. We spend a lot of time looking at different grades of spun silk and making sure everything is up to the standard we expect. The view from the window is just other buildings and the busy street below. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when multiple deliveries arrive at the same time. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you just walk right into where we are working. We use old-fashioned calculators and write most of our notes on scrap paper. It’s a very practical way of working. We aren't interested in being corporate. We just focus on the silk and getting the orders out to the people who are waiting for them. The ceiling fan wobbles a bit when it’s on high but it keeps us cool enough.
