Our place is located in Dashmesh Colony, right on Khutar Road in the village of Banda. Raj Kumar is usually around if you need to talk to someone. We aren’t a big corporation with people in suits. We are just local farmers who decided to team up. The village of Banda is where most of us grew up. We know every path and every field around here. The company is just a way for us to organize our farming a bit better. We spend a lot of time on Khutar Road, moving things back and forth. It’s noisy and dusty, but it’s home. We don't really have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to make sure our families are taken care of and the crops are healthy. Sometimes we have meetings under the shade of a tree because it’s cooler than being inside the office. We talk about the rain, the seeds, and who’s selling what. It’s all very informal. If you come by, don’t expect a fancy reception. You’ll probably just find someone sitting on a bench with a ledger. We try to help each other out when things get tough. Farming is a hard life, and we know that better than anyone. We just keep moving forward, one season at a time. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we do, and we’re okay with that as long as we keep busy.
