Batnasiddhikara Producer Company Limited

We are based out of House Number 108 in Gadariya Ansh, which is near the Jaspura police station. This is in the Banda district, specifically in the Jaspura Tahseel area. It’s a pretty rural part of Uttar Pradesh, but that is where the work is for us at Batnasiddhikara Producer Company Limited. We are a group of producers who decided to come together to make things a bit easier for everyone involved. Farming in Banda can be quite tough because the ground is often dry and the weather is unpredictable. Our office is just a simple building where we gather to talk about crop cycles and how to sell what we grow. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment in the office, just the basics like chairs, a table, and our ledgers. Most of the time, we are out in the fields anyway. Being near the police station makes the location easy for people to find when they are coming from other villages. We handle the paperwork and the sales side of things so the producers can focus on the actual growing part. It’s been a learning process for all of us here. We didn't start with much, just the idea that we could do better if we worked as a single company. Batnasiddhikara Producer Company Limited is just our way of trying to get a fair shake for the work we do every day. It's not always easy, but we are sticking with it together as a group.
