Ncml Ltd. Hydrabaad

The name might say Ncml Ltd. Hydrabaad, but we are actually located in the Narayanpur area of Waluj. Waluj is a major industrial zone, so we are surrounded by factories and large warehouses on all sides. It is quite a distance from the main city of Aurangabad, and the landscape is mostly industrial sheds and dusty roads. Our facility here is where the real work happens. It’s a big space because we need the room for all the inventory and the testing we do. The surroundings are not very green, mostly just concrete and steel. We have a small office section where the administrative staff sits. It can get very hot out here during the day, and the metal roofs of the buildings nearby don't help much. We usually start our shift early to avoid the worst of the heat. There is a lot of movement with trucks coming in to pick up loads or dropping off new stock. We have a small canteen where everyone sits together for lunch. It’s a very straightforward, no-nonsense environment. You won't find any fancy decorations here, just functional equipment and storage racks. The dust from the industrial area settles on everything, so we are always cleaning the desks. Most of us have been here for years and we know the routine like the back of our hands. It’s a long commute for some, but it’s a steady place to be. We just focus on getting the day's work done.
