We spend a lot of time thinking about farming and how to make things run a bit smoother for the local growers. Being in Sibanbigha means we are right in the middle of things. We deal with machines, seeds, and the everyday problems that farmers face around Aurangabad. Pankaj Kr Singh’s house is where we coordinate everything. It can be a bit chaotic at times when we have equipment moving in and out, but that is part of the job. We aren't interested in sounding like a big city firm. We speak the same language as the farmers we work with. The roads around here can be a challenge, and the summer heat is no joke, but we are used to it.
