Our place is at 4, Sneha Apt. in Shilpnager, over in the Padampura area. It’s more of a functional space than a fancy office. Marya Day Agro Foods Pvt. Ltd. deals with a lot of agricultural products, so things can get a bit messy. We don't have those minimalist white offices you see in magazines. There are folders everywhere and the phone is usually ringing. We’re just a group of people who know a lot about food and farming. We don’t spend money on fancy logos or big signs. Most of our work is done on the phone or out in the field. It’s a practical business. Sometimes we stay late to finish up paperwork, and sometimes we leave early if the weather is bad. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want the products to be good. Shilpnager is a nice neighborhood, and we’ve made friends with the other people in the building. It’s a bit cramped in our unit sometimes, especially when we have meetings, but we manage. We don’t have a formal dress code or anything. You’ll find us in whatever is comfortable for work. It’s just us, Marya Day Agro Foods, trying to keep the business going as best as we can. We like the work we do and we don't feel the need to dress it up. It is just a regular job for us and we stay busy.
