Shree Ram Agro Tech Pvt. Ltd. is based out of K- 36 in the MIDC Waluj area. If you know Waluj, you know it’s an industrial hub, so there is always a lot of activity and noise around us. We’ve been at this location for a while, and it’s a good spot for an agro-tech company because of the space and the proximity to other businesses. The office and the workshop are pretty much one and the same for us. We spend a lot of time looking at technical specs and dealing with the machinery side of agriculture. It’s not a clean, polished office environment. There is usually some grease on someone's hands and the sound of machines in the background. We have a small team here and everyone knows how to do a bit of everything. We don't go in for fancy titles or big speeches about what we do. We just try to make sure the tech we are working on actually helps the people using it. Most of our days are spent troubleshooting or planning the next set of equipment we need to move. It’s a lot of practical, hands-on work that keeps us busy from morning until evening. Being in MIDC means we are right where the action is, which suits us just fine for the kind of work we do every day without complaining.
