Mavsala Agro Producer Company Limited

We started Mavsala Agro Producer Company Limited here at Nitin Radhakrishna Warkad’s place in Mausala. It is part of Khultabad in Aurangabad district. We are just a group of people from around here working on the land together. Nitin handles most of the paperwork from his home. It gets really dusty on the road out here but we manage just fine. People often stop by to talk about the crops or the weather. Sometimes it is hard to get everything organized with everyone's schedules, but that is just how farming life goes. We do not have a big fancy office with glass doors or anything like that. It is just the house and the fields nearby. The work usually starts very early in the morning before the sun gets too hot to stand. Most of us have been doing this since we were young so it is nothing new. We decided to put a formal name on what we do so it is Mavsala Agro now. You can find us right in the village area. It is a quiet place most days except when the harvest is coming in and things get frantic. We spend a lot of time just figuring out how to get things moved to the market or looking at the rain clouds and hoping for the best. It isn't a corporate setup where everyone wears suits. We are usually in our work clothes because there is always something to fix or carry. Nitin is around if someone needs to ask a question.
