Pmv Transformation & Agri Innovation Private Limited is based out of 431, Manavata Nagar. It is more of a residential-looking area, so it feels quite different from those big business parks you see in the city. We operate out of number 431, and it is pretty much what you would expect from a local office. There is a small gate at the front and usually a couple of motorbikes parked outside. Inside, it is just us and a lot of documents. We spend our time trying to figure out better ways to handle the agricultural side of things, but most of the actual day is just clerical work. The rooms are a bit small, but they stay cool enough when the fans are running. We have been at Manavata Nagar for a bit now, and the neighbors are used to seeing us coming and going at odd hours. Pmv Transformation & Agri Innovation Private Limited is not a huge operation, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering emails to fixing the printer when it jams. It is practical work for practical people. We don't have any fancy signs or big billboards. Just a small plate with the name on it near the entrance. Some days it is quiet, and other days it feels like everyone is calling at once. We just take it as it comes and try to stay organized so we don't lose track of any papers.
