Kundlika Sindphana Agro Industries Limited

Kundlika Sindphana Agro Industries Limited is based in the village of KendePimpri, which is in the Wadwani taluka of Beed district. We run things from Udhav Tamaji Bhosale’s place. Beed is a place where you have to be tough because the farming conditions are not always the kindest. We chose the name after the local water sources because that is what everything around here depends on. We are a group that focuses on different agro industries, trying to process some of what we grow right here instead of sending it all away immediately. It is a lot of work to manage the equipment and the people, and we are still figuring out some of the technical parts. We are not experts at business, we are just people who know about seeds, tractors, and harvest cycles. The office at Udhav's is usually full of maps and old ledgers. We do not use any big words or try to act like we are from the city. We talk like farmers because that is what we are. There is a lot of dust and noise when things are busy, and it can get pretty stressful when the season is ending. But we keep at it because it is our livelihood. We are just trying to make the most of what we have in KendePimpri and help the other farmers in Wadwani get a fair shake when it comes time to sell.
