We are based out of Jambhai in the Sillod area. Our office is actually located at Arvind Shriram Shinde's house, number 485. It’s a quiet spot in the village where most of us grew up. Aurangabad is a good bit away, but we manage to get there when we have to. Jambhaiagro Farmers Producer Companylimited started because several of us in the neighborhood realized that working on our own was getting harder every year. The rains here in the Sillod taluka can be tricky, so we decided to pool our resources and help each other out. Most days, you’ll find a couple of us sitting around the house talking about the crops or how to get the harvest moved to the right place. We don't have a fancy glass building or anything like that. It’s just a room with some chairs and a desk where we keep our papers and ledgers. We spend a lot of time out in the fields anyway, so a big office wouldn't make much sense for us. People from around here know where to find us if they need anything. We’ve known most of these families for generations. It’s a small operation, really, just local farmers trying to make things work in our corner of the district. We don't have a big staff, just the people who live here and care about the land. It stays pretty busy, especially when the season changes. We just take it day by day and try to keep things moving.
