Aurangabad has its own challenges, like the dust and the heat, but we are used to it by now. We don't do a lot of advertising. Most of our work comes from people knowing who we are and what we do. We try to be helpful when people come in asking questions about their crops. Sometimes we are out in the fields for days, so the office stays locked. It’s a very practical way of working. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity. We are just local people who know a bit about farming and want to help out.
