Victory Engineering Works

You can find Victory Engineering Works at Shed No. C1/B, 413, in the GIDC Estate, Phase IV. We’ve been part of Vithal Udyognagar for a long time now. The shed is quite large, which is good because we have some heavy machinery in there. It gets pretty loud when everything is running at once. We do a lot of metal fabrication and machining for the other factories in the estate. I started this place with a friend after we both left a bigger company. We wanted to do things our own way, without all the meetings and red tape. We have a few steady workers who have been with us since the start. They know their way around the drills and welding torches. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings, and there's a constant smell of cutting oil. We don't have a marketing department; we just do the work and people come back. If a part isn't right, we fix it until it is. We spend most of our time on the floor, not in the office. It’s a practical environment. We have our coffee breaks together and talk about the local news. The GIDC is a busy place, and we’re just one small part of it, keeping the gears turning for our clients. It’s not always easy, but we take pride in what we make with our own hands.
