Ultra Tech Engineering

You can find us in Phase 4 of Vitthal Udyog Nagar GIDT. We are right opposite Metal Treat Industrial, which is a good landmark if you’re looking for No. 1803/6. This area is strictly for work, so it's all workshops and factories around here. At Ultra Tech Engineering, we spend the day around metal and grease. It gets pretty loud once the machines start up in the morning. We have a small team, and most of us have been working with lathes and drills for most of our lives. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings, but we try to sweep up before we head home. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to answer the phones in a fancy way. Usually, whoever is closest to the desk just picks it up. It’s a bit hot in the afternoons under the tin roof, but we’re used to it by now. We focus on the drawings people bring in and try to make the parts as close as possible to what they need. There isn’t much drama here, just the usual talk about which machine needs oiling or how the weekend went. We take our tea breaks outside when the weather is decent. It’s just a practical engineering shop where we put in our hours and go home at the end of the shift. We don't have fancy titles or corporate meetings, we just get the metal work done.
