Roshni Engineering Work

You can find us at Plot No. 1801/7 in Phase-IV of the GIDC Estate. We are an engineering shop. We do a lot of welding, cutting, and assembly work. It is a grit-and-grime kind of place. There are sparks flying most of the day and the smell of hot metal is always in the air. We don't have a big fancy sign or a lobby with a receptionist. You just walk into the workshop and find whoever isn't wearing a welding mask. We do work for a lot of the other factories in the GIDC. If a part breaks or they need a custom frame built, they bring it over to us. We have a few old machines that have been through a lot, but they still get the job done. Our team is small, just a handful of guys who know their way around a toolkit. We spend most of our time on our feet. Sometimes we have to work through the weekend if a client has a breakdown and needs a part urgently. We don't mind. It is how we keep the lights on. We aren't looking to become a giant company. We just want to do good engineering work and stay busy. The plot isn't huge, but it is enough for what we do. We’ve been here for years and we know the neighborhood and the people well. It is just how we live.
