Shree Ganesh Engineering Works

Down at Plot No-C-1B/1601 in Phase-Iv, things stay pretty noisy. Shree Ganesh Engineering Works is where we spend our ten-hour shifts. There’s always the sound of grinding or a lathe running somewhere in the background. It’s a dusty place, but that’s expected when you’re working with metal all day. We have a few older machines that still run great if you know how to handle them. The younger guys sometimes struggle with the quirks of the equipment, but they learn eventually. We don’t have an HR department or a fancy coffee machine. We just bring our lunch from home and eat it in the corner where it’s a bit quieter. It is a lot of hard work, especially when we have a big deadline and the machines need extra maintenance. We try to keep things moving as best as we can. Sometimes the materials arrive late, and we have to stay a bit later to catch up. That’s just part of the job. We don’t really think about things like brand identity. We just think about making sure the pieces we make are the right size. It is a simple life of manual labor and trying to keep the workshop running smoothly. People around here know us as the place with the blue gate. We’ve been here long enough that the surroundings feel like home. Sometimes the rainy season makes the roof leak a bit, but we just put out buckets and keep working.
