Ghanshyam Engineering Co. is based at Plot No-906/3 in Phase IV of the Gidc Estate, right across from the GEB Sub-Station. Being near the sub-station makes it easy to give directions to people who are coming to visit us for the first time. The shop itself is a sturdy building that has been through a lot of projects over the years. Inside, it’s mostly metalwork, with lathes and drills being the main things you’ll see. It’s a bit oily on the floor and there’s always a faint smell of machine coolant in the air. We don't have an office with air conditioning or soft chairs. Our "office" is usually just a desk in the corner of the shop floor covered in blueprints and spare parts. We spend our time working on orders for local clients and anyone else who needs engineering parts made to size. The Gidc Estate is a busy place, especially in Phase IV, so there is always something going on nearby. Our team is just a few skilled workers who have been doing this for a long time. We don't use big words or fancy marketing to get work. People usually find out about us by word of mouth or by just seeing our sign near the sub-station. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business. We focus on the metal and the machines, making sure everything that leaves the shop is done right.
