Bhukh Hadtal & Gol Gappa Restaurant

We are Bhukh Hadtal & Gol Gappa Restaurant, and you can find us at Plot No K 217 in the Shivalik Apartment. We are right by the University Circle in Vallabh Vidyanagar, which means we see a lot of students and young people all the time. Being in Anand, especially near the university, gives the place a certain energy. We focus a lot on the gol gappa side of things because that's what people usually come for. Our spot isn't very large, but we make use of the space we have. Most of our day is spent prepping the ingredients and making sure the water for the gol gappas is just right. It’s a lot of small tasks that add up. We don't have a big corporate office or any polished marketing. We are just a local shop in 388120 where you can grab a bite. The area around University Circle is always busy with bikes and people talking, so it’s never really quiet here. We just like being part of the noise. Sometimes we get a bit overwhelmed when a big group of students comes in all at once, but we just handle it one person at a time. It’s a simple business, and we are just regular people working here every day. We don't try to make it sound like more than it is.
