Mandar Engineering

Mandar Engineering is situated at Plot I/27 in the GIDC Estate, specifically Phase IV of Vitthal Udyog Nagar. If you have ever been to this part of the estate, you know it is all about industry and hard work. There is no point in trying to keep things perfectly clean because the dust from the factories nearby is everywhere. We spend our days around the machines and the noise. It is a very practical environment. We have a small office area, but most of the action happens out on the floor. It can get pretty loud when everyone is working at once, and we often have to shout just to be heard over the hum of the equipment. The roads around here are a bit rough, especially after the monsoon, so getting supplies in and out can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. We usually eat our lunch together in the small break area we set up in the corner. It is not fancy, but it gets the job done. There are many other engineering shops around us, so we often see the same faces every day at the local tea stall. We have been in this plot for quite some time now and have seen the estate grow and change. It is just a regular shop where we do our best to stay busy and keep things moving. We like the work we do.
