Starting at 2102, Phase-Iv, G.I.D.C. Industrial Estate Vitthal Udyog Nagar every morning is something we have done for years. This place is usually loud with the sounds of grinders and heavy machines from the neighbors. We mostly keep to ourselves and get the work done. The shop floor is not exactly clean, but we know where everything is kept. You will find oil stains on the ground and old drawings pinned to the walls. In the summer, the heat under the metal roof is pretty bad, so we take a lot of breaks by the water cooler. None of us wear uniforms, just regular clothes that we don't mind getting dirty. There is a small tea stall at the corner where we go when we need a break from the noise. Our gate stays open all day because people are always dropping off materials or picking things up. We don't have a big sign outside, just the name on the door. It is a simple setup without any fancy office chairs or computers. Sometimes we stay late when a job needs finishing, but usually, we head out as soon as the sun goes down. Most of the people working here have been around for a long time, so we don't need to say much to get the day moving. It is just a regular engineering shop in a busy industrial area where we show up and do our shift.
