We are located at Plot 1208 in Phase-IV of the GIDC area. It’s right across from the Karamsad Railway Station in Vitthal Udyognagar. Being near the tracks means we hear the trains going by all day, but you get used to that pretty quickly. Our factory floor is where everything happens. It’s a large space with different sections for different parts of the process. We have machines that have been with us for a long time, and we know exactly how they sound when they’re running right. It’s not a quiet place, but it’s a productive one. We have a team of people who live nearby and walk or cycle to work. We don't have a fancy lobby or a lot of decorations. The walls are mostly covered in schedules and safety notices. We focus on getting the orders out on time. Sometimes we have a lot of material arriving at once, and the yard gets a bit crowded. We just work through it. Lunch breaks are usually taken in the small canteen area we have. We talk about the local news or how the weather is changing. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We don't try to impress anyone with big words. We just show up, do the work, and make sure the gates are locked at night. It's a solid routine that has kept us going for years.
