Sangha Kitchen Private Limited

We have our shop, Sangha Kitchen Private Limited, over at Shop No. 88-89 in the Kabir Park Market. It’s on Kot Khalsa Road in Amritsar. It’s a pretty busy market, so there is always noise and people walking by. We handle kitchen-related stuff and food preparation. The space isn’t huge, but we make it work by stacking things high. We’ve been in this market for a while now. Some days are slower than others, but usually, we’re running around trying to keep up with what people want. It’s a family-style environment where everyone chips in. If the floor needs sweeping, whoever is free does it. We don't have a dedicated customer service department or anything like that. You just come in or call us, and we talk to you like a normal person. The market can be a bit of a mess with parking, but that’s just Amritsar for you. We mostly focus on getting the food prep right and making sure the supplies are fresh. We don't spend money on fancy decorations for the shop. It looks like a working kitchen and store because that is exactly what it is. We have a few old chairs in the back for when we take a break. It’s a simple life here, just making sure the business stays afloat and the locals have what they need for their own kitchens.
